杨永安心系家乡,热心社会公益事业,为家乡经济发展也起更多的责任。贵州毛尖茶,被列入国家级非物质文化遗产。也是贵州省唯—一个被列入国家非遗传承名录的茶叶项目。毛尖茶命名为中十大名茶。由于地域环境偏僻,在外面很贵的茶叶,与家乡原产地价格相差很多。杨永安不但要当好家乡的“服务员"还要当好推介家乡茶叶的“宣传员”、为家乡牵线搭桥当好招商引资的“联络员",为都匀发展中贡献着自己才智和力量。
